Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed within the following 1-2 business days.
USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail:
1-3 day shipping is based on USPS estimated delivery times. Actual delivery is based on origin, destination, and process time. Therefore, in some cases, expected delivery or actual delivery may be longer than three business days due to carrier delays.
Expected delivery date does NOT come with a money-back guarantee.
First-Class Mail and Priority Mail may encounter up to 10-day delays during holiday seasons from USPS.
Shipping Issues:
Please expect delays for deliveries outside the contiguous U.S.
Once an order has been shipped, the order can NOT be canceled, and the shipping address can NOT be changed, as it will have already left our warehouse for shipping.
Domestic Shipping:
X5 Naturals ships within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International Shipping:
Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within the U.S. and areas listed previously on this page.
Amazon and Other 3rd-Party Websites:
X5 Naturals sells and may fulfill orders on websites such as Amazon.com. Orders fulfilled by Amazon are subject to Amazon’s shipping policies. Orders placed on Amazon, but fulfilled by X5 Naturals, are subject to the shipping policies described on this page.

What do I do if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, has been sent to “dead mail,” or tracking shows the package delivered, but you have not received it; please contact your local USPS office for immediate assistance. You may need to file a claim with USPS for the lost package. However, if after contacting USPS you still need assistance, please contact us via customerservice@xtend5.wpenginepowered.com.
What if my package is damaged?
If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us via customerservice@xtend5.wpenginepowered.com as soon as possible. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return policy.
Why does the USPS website not recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
Please allow at least one business day after your order has been shipped for tracking information to become available. If after two business days, your tracking information is still not available, please contact us via customerservice@xtend5.wpenginepowered.com for further assistance.
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee Refund Policy
At X5 Naturals, we truly value our customer’s satisfaction and will always do our best to provide quality products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Orders from 3rd-party marketplaces or authorized retailers, such as Amazon, may be subject to that marketplace or retailer’s return policies. Please contact the marketplace or retailer where you made your purchase for their return policy.
We are not obligated to refund unauthorized returns. Please read our return policy conditions and return process below before sending any return items.
30-Day Return Policy Conditions:
Items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is limited to (1) order per customer.
Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we are not responsible for return shipping issues.
Return or Replacement Process
If your item(s) is eligible for return, send us an email via customerservice@xtend5.wpenginepowered.com with “Refund” and your order number as the subject. Please write your name, item(s), and details of your return/replacement reason in the email message.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to reply via email with our decision to refund the item(s).
If the return is authorized, please send your item(s) with the corresponding order number to: X5 Naturals Returns Dept., 2603 Main Street, Suite 1050, Irvine, CA 92614.
Shipping costs for returns under our 30-day return policy are at the buyer’s expense.
Please allow 5-10 business after we receive your return package for a refund to be credited to your account.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall X5 Naturals LLC be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if X5 Naturals LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of X5 Naturals LLC shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
